Description
What it is & what’s included
-
This is a 3-piece Neutral Density (ND) filter kit designed specifically for DJI Mini 4 Pro. DJI Store+2OmniView Tech+2
-
The set includes three filters:
-
ND16
-
ND64
-
-
Each filter is ultra-lightweight (about 0.75 g each). DJI Store+2djishop.com.vn+2
-
The filters are precisely calibrated and built to seamlessly fit the Mini 4 Pro’s camera without adding bulk or affecting gimbal stability. OmniView Tech+2Everse+2
🎯 What the filters do — Light control & creative flexibility
-
The ND filters reduce the amount of light entering the camera lens. This allows you to use slower shutter speeds even under bright lighting — essential for cinematic motion blur, smooth video, and pleasing exposure. DJI Store+2Candrone+2
-
Each filter reduces light by a different amount (i.e. “stops”):
-
ND16 → moderate light reduction (about 4 stops) — good for daylight when it’s moderately bright or slightly overcast. OmniView Tech+2Candrone+2
-
ND64 → stronger light reduction (about 6 stops) — ideal for bright sunny days, midday shooting, or reflective surfaces (like water or wet ground). OmniView Tech+2DOSS Camera & Gadget+2
-
ND256 → heavy light reduction (about 8 stops) — suitable for extremely bright conditions (e.g. snow, beach with intense sun, or midday desert-like brightness) and for long-exposure shots / timelapses. OmniView Tech+2Blue Skies Drone Shop+2

-
Using ND filters helps prevent overexposed highlights and preserves natural contrast and color — which means your aerial photos/videos look more balanced and cinematic straight out of the camera. Everse+2OmniView Tech+2
📸 When & why you’d use it
-
Bright daylight / midday sun — Use ND64 or ND256 so your video/shots don’t get washed out.
-
Moderate daylight / partly cloudy / early morning / late afternoon — ND16 can be enough to balance exposure and still maintain good motion blur or shutter speed.
-
Shooting cinematic video or slow-motion footage — To achieve the “film look” with natural motion blur, ND filters let you lower shutter speed without overexposure.
-
Long-exposure photography / timelapses / hyperlapses — Especially with ND256, you can slow shutter speed dramatically to capture smooth motion blur (cloud movement, flowing water, light trails, etc.). Blue Skies Drone Shop+2OmniView Tech+2
🔧 Build quality & drone compatibility
-
The filters are custom-made for the Mini 4 Pro — so the fit is secure, and installation is straightforward. DJI Store+2Candrone+2
-
Because each filter is lightweight (≈ 0.75 g), it does not compromise drone flight performance, gimbal balance or battery efficiency — important for stable aerial shooting. DJI Store+2Everse+2
-
The optics are high-quality, designed to reduce glare, preserve color accuracy and maintain image sharpness — so you won’t get weird color casts, reduced sharpness, or distortion that sometimes come with cheap filters. Everse+2Candrone+2
🎬 Ideal for these use-cases
-
Travel & landscape aerial photography/videography — bright daylight + changing lighting.
-
Cinematic drone filmmaking (food-style footage, real estate videography, social-media quality video).
-
Nature & environment shots — beaches, snow, deserts, water bodies.
-
Long-exposure timelapses, hyperlapses (cloud movement, cityscapes, traffic trails).
-
Any video/photo where you want smooth motion blur, balanced exposure, and professional-grade output.
